Reflecting on my Journey

My family is quarantined with Covid this Thanksgiving. Although we are missing valued family time, I have been reflecting on all my blessings. Not just from this year, but my life.

The last few years have been different for me. Maybe because I am in my 40's. Maybe because I am married with a daughter. Maybe because I have building my business quietly. Maybe because I have had many humbling moments. Maybe it is all of that and more combined. Regardless, I embrace growth and graciously receive all the love and positive energy flowing in my life.

Before I turned 40 last year in June, I made a list of goals and experiences for personal growth. I simply titled it, 40 While 40. It was initailly meant to make a milestone more fun. It ended up being quite a year of setting time aside prioritizing myself. I felt more in control and revitalized, so much so that I decided to make a list of 41 While 41. This has encouraged me to actively live in gratitude. I suggest everyone try a version of this. It's very rewarding!! I’ll publish my lists in another post.

In this same spirit, I decided to write a list of things I am grateful for this year.
